This role offers a unique opportunity to join our Bristol-based Technical Helpdesk team as a Helpdesk Analyst. You will play a critical role in providing technical support and expertise to our internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless operation of our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Providing technical support via phone, email, or in-person to internal stakeholders
  2. Analyzing and troubleshooting complex technical issues using diagnostic tools and software
  3. Developing and maintaining knowledge of our systems, applications, and technologies to ensure seamless integration and operation
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues affecting multiple departments
  5. Documenting and tracking technical issues, resolutions, and knowledge base articles to improve incident management processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, preferably in a healthcare or adult social care environment
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex technical issues
  • Familiarity with industry-standard technical tools, such as ticketing systems, monitoring software, and collaboration platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
