Neurodivergent Support Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Support Practitioner to join our team at SANZA Teaching Agency. The successful candidate will have experience working with neurodivergent children in a primary school setting and possess a deep understanding of how to support them effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering targeted interventions to support the neurodivergent pupil's learning and development.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the child's confidence and independence.
  • Working closely with the teaching staff to ensure the pupil's needs are met and they receive the support they require.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with neurodivergent children, ideally within a primary school setting.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the challenges neurodivergent pupils may face.
  • Ability to provide both academic and emotional support.
  • Strong commitment to fostering the child's well-being and growth, along with patience and empathy.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of £29,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
