Mental Health Nurse Position in South West London

Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join their team in South West London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a committed and dedicated RN to work in an exceptional mental health hospital, providing fast access to high-quality treatment for various conditions, including addictions, depression, anxiety, stress, and eating disorders.
To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for adopting a systemic, individual approach to patient care plans, communicating outcomes to the clinical team, and ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is up to date.
Key duties include:
- Adopting a systemic, individual approach to patient care plans and communicating outcomes to the clinical team both verbally and in writing, ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is kept up to date.
- Ensuring effective communication of any concerns relating to patient care.
- Deputising in the absence of the Ward Manager and their Deputy to manage the staffing and clinical needs of the ward as required.
- Supporting and supervising new or junior staff.
- Assisting and supporting regional management in developing and implementing new services.
- Managing the assessment, implementation and evaluation of individual patient care plans while promoting a professional working environment to ensure a high standard of patient care.
