About the Role

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Tesco, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their shopping in a timely and efficient manner.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer shopping trips with a smile, ensuring that all products are delivered in good condition.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Load and unload the van, ensuring that it is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Follow our company's policies and procedures to ensure that all deliveries are made in a safe and efficient manner.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate, starting at £12.92, with opportunities for increases based on location and performance.
  • A minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to work more hours if desired.
  • A supportive team environment, with regular feedback and coaching to help you succeed in your role.

Requirements

  • A valid UK/EU/EEA driving license, with at least 12 months of driving experience and no more than 3 penalty points.
  • The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
