About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Parker Smith Inclusion Ltd. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with our team to provide support and guidance to students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and families to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students with SEMH needs, helping them to develop resilience and coping strategies.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives to promote positive behavior and well-being.
Requirements
  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs and a strong understanding of the complexities of SEMH.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
