SEN Tutor Opportunity in Redbridge

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Tutor to join our team in Redbridge, East London. As an SEN Tutor, you will work with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, providing personalized instruction and support to help them overcome learning challenges and achieve academic success.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN, tailored to their unique needs and learning style.
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning difficulties.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and the educational team.
  • Collaborate with the educational team to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.
  • Strong knowledge of SEN teaching methods and resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
