Senior Social Work Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Social Work Professional to join our team at Entrust Social Care Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to junior staff members while delivering exceptional care and support to vulnerable adults.
About the Job:The role involves completing hospital discharges, ensuring compliance with COVID-19 legislation and other relevant regulations. You will also be expected to demonstrate expertise in Adult Social Care statutory duties, including the Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support junior staff members to deliver high-quality care and support services.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of vulnerable adults.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that prioritize the well-being and dignity of service users.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified UK Social Worker in an Adult Social Work team.
- Postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in social work.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Negotiable pay rates dependent on experience and chosen pay scheme.
- 36 hours per week (flexible by negotiation).
- Temporary contract duration: 2 months.
