Job Title: Electrical Engineering Professional

The Electrical/Electronic and Mechanical Engineering School at Uxbridge College provides our learners with the knowledge and skills required by the engineering industry. We offer an excellent foundation for our learners to progress to the next level in their careers.

About the Role:
This lecturer position involves delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students studying electrical and electronic engineering. You will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to improve student outcomes. As part of our team, you will contribute to the development of curriculum materials and participate in departmental meetings to ensure we are meeting the needs of our students and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- A degree in electrical or electronic engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in teaching or lecturing, preferably in a Further Education setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, staff, and external partners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving shared goals and objectives
