**Opportunity Overview**
We are looking for a Holistic Homecare Professional to join our team in Glasgow, where you will play a vital role in delivering specialist healthcare services to patients in their own homes.
**Responsibilities**
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-to-one holistic care to patients, focusing on their individual needs and goals
- Administering chemotherapy treatments as defined in patient care plans
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Communicating effectively with patients, carers, and stakeholders to address any concerns or issues
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new care pathways and protocols
**What We Offer**
A competitive salary of £38,480 - £42,640 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including:
