About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a SEND Coach. As a SEND Coach, you will play a pivotal role in empowering young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to thrive as they transition into adulthood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead small groups of young people with SEND on outings within the community, creating meaningful experiences and promoting social skills.
  • Teach essential life skills such as communication, budgeting, time management, travel training, and self-advocacy.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • Contribute to the development of new skills and opportunities within the College.
