Orthopaedic Theatre Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Theatre Lead to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of high-quality orthopaedic care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the delivery of orthopaedic care to patients
  • Lead and manage a team of theatre practitioners to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new services and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Operating Department Practitioner/Registered Nurse qualified
  • Current HCPC/NMC Registration
  • Extensive experience in Orthopaedics
  • People Management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
