Kennedys is seeking an experienced lawyer to support its catastrophic injury defendant personal injury team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have defendant motor claims experience and be able to run high-value catastrophic injury cases.

The team at Kennedys is top-ranked in the major legal directories and handles cases of the utmost severity, including brain injury, spinal injury, amputations, polytrauma, severe psychiatric injury, and loss of senses.

  • Large composite and motor insurers

Cases

  • Assisting on high-value personal injury claims.

Required experience

  • 3+ years' experience with relevant experience
  • Litigation experience of personal injury defence work
  • Experience of assisting on large cases in a team environment
  • Strong written communication skills
