Executive Culinary Leader

We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead our kitchen team at Sandy Balls Holiday Village, Fording Bridge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-volume catering operations and a passion for creating fresh, from-scratch dishes.

About the Role:

• Oversee all aspects of the Back of House (BOH) operation, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and delicious meals
• Lead key shifts and take control of day-to-day BOH operations, ensuring dishes meet agreed specifications and the team is suitably deployed
• Support the F&B Manager in recruiting, managing, and inspiring the kitchen team
• Control food margins through effective stock management
• Champion and implement Health and Safety and Hygiene policies to ensure team and guest safety
• Consult with the Group Executive Chef to create seasonal, local specials and source suppliers and products

Requirements:

• At least Level Two Hygiene Certificate, ideally Level 3
• Experience leading a team as a head chef in a fast-paced, busy F&B kitchen environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A real passion for food and customer service
• Resilience
