About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Assistant to join our team at Voyage Care in Wrexham. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Encourage individuals to participate in activities and engage with their local community
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:

- Full UK manual driving license
- Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors
- Ability to work flexibly and be resilient in a dynamic environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality care
