High-Rise Fire Protection Consultant

We require an experienced Fire Safety Consultant to join our team in delivering fire safety services for complex buildings.
About the Job:
- Carry out thorough fire risk assessments for high-rise residential and commercial properties, considering factors such as building layout and occupant density.
- Develop fire strategies and management systems, incorporating expert knowledge of fire compartmentation and fire safety standards.
- Provide exceptional client support, including fire safety management, audits, and advice, accompanied by detailed reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive fire safety plans, leveraging extensive knowledge of fire safety regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Significant experience in fire safety consulting, with a focus on fire risk assessments, fire strategy development, and fire safety management.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, providing excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations, including Approved Document B and relevant fire safety standards.
- Excellent report-writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports that meet client needs.
Estimated Salary: £62,500 - £77,500 per annum, dependent on experience, plus reimbursement for hotel costs for essential overnight stays. The location is Oxford, Oxfordshire.
