Job Title: Export Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to join our team at WR Logistics, a leading Global Logistics brand. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Ocean Freight Forwarding, including Customs formalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the start-to-finish Ocean Freight process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  2. Manage Customs formalities, including documentation and clearance.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding, including Customs.
  2. Strong knowledge of logistics software, including Cargowise.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
