About the Role

The Geophysicist will work within the experienced team under the guidance of the Principal Geophysicist and Team Leader. Key responsibilities include preparation for and undertaking site work using geophysical techniques, data processing, interpretation, and report production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site work using geophysical techniques and instruments
  • Process and interpret geophysical data
  • Produce high-quality reports and presentations
  • Mentor and line manage junior team members
  • Manage ongoing projects and liaise with clients
Requirements
  • Near Surface Geophysicist with 2-3 years' experience
  • Competent in use of GPR, ERT, Seismic Refraction, MASW, Microgravity, Magnetics, and Electromagnetic instrumentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel, CAD, and programming
  • UK driving license and willingness to travel
