About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and ambitious solicitor to take on a challenging and rewarding caseload. You will be working closely with our team to provide expert advice and representation to clients dealing with contentious probate matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • To advise clients on all aspects of contentious probate, including Inheritance Act claims;
  • To represent clients in court proceedings, using your expertise and knowledge to achieve the best possible outcomes;
  • To work closely with other members of the team to ensure seamless service delivery;
  • To maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years' experience as a contentious probate solicitor;
  • Extensive knowledge of Inheritance Act claims and related legislation;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike;
  • A proven track record of success in court proceedings, with a keen eye for detail and analytical mind.
