HR Advisor

At Xede Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in York. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and skilled professional to contribute to the development and success of our HR department.

• We require an HR Advisor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide professional advice and support to managers and staff across various HR functions.
• The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of employment law and best practices in HR to implement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
• Responsibilities include assisting with employee benefits administration, absence management, and disciplinary procedures, as well as maintaining accurate HR records and supporting the recruitment process.
• Promoting employee wellbeing and contributing to employee engagement initiatives are also key aspects of this role.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Advisor or similar role is required.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks are essential.
• A valid DBS check is mandatory for this position.
