You will also be able to establish productive working relationships with managers, colleagues, and a range of other bodies. You should have experience of maintaining and developing processes, procedures, and information systems, analysing qualitative and quantitative data, and have strong verbal and written communication skills. With excellent research and analytical skills, you will also have good IT abilities, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite of software, and your interpersonal, negotiating, and diplomatic skills will allow you to work alongside a diverse range of people within our communities.
