Director of Business Development and Asset Sales

At THC Recruitment, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales expert to fill the position of Asset Finance Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting our Asset Finance products and services to customers.
About the JobIn this challenging yet rewarding role, you'll utilise your sales expertise to build key customer relationships, negotiate deals, and maintain relationships to cross-sell products.
We require a candidate with recent experience in Asset Finance, Vehicle, Technical, and Capital Equipment Sales, who can demonstrate a proven track record of success in these areas.
- Bidirectional collaboration with clients
- Closing deals through negotiation
- Ongoing maintenance and expansion of client base
- Accurate data management
- Conformance to our Anti-Money Laundering Policy
- Effective decision-making based on financial analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Financial acumen with ability to handle transactions
- Resilience in fast-paced environments with adaptability
This role comes with a salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, offering a chance to advance your career in sales with a reputable company like THC Recruitment.
