This esteemed employer is seeking a skilled professional to join their expatriate compensation and payroll team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, including the activation of new services and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to identify areas for improvement and implement new processes tailored to their operational needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating the end-to-end monthly data and compensation management process, including data collection, processing, and distribution.
  • Providing customer reporting and data management services.
  • Identifying areas of risk or scope opportunity and reporting to management as required.
  • Supporting the implementation of new systems and processes during activation.
  • Liaising with third-party vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient transfer of data.
  • Assisting with broader company projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Performing User Acceptance Testing and contributing to the development of system capabilities.

Previous experience in handling expatriate compensation and payroll issues is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and support team members to achieve shared goals.
