Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at White Horse Employment. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting and managing our payroll function.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process overtime submissions, commission, bonus, and deductions
  • Support the finance team as needed
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) for accurate employee data
  • Process pension schemes, monthly payroll input, and other ad-hoc payroll reports

Requirements:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Proven experience in managing a company payroll
