Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Component Engineer to join our team at Morson Talent. The successful candidate will have expertise in components and parts, with a strong focus on technical advisement and administration tasks.

The ideal candidate will be able to process and respond to support queries, work within departmental processes, and provide technical advice on component data. They will also be responsible for ensuring accuracy of data and supporting continuous improvement activities.

This is a hybrid working role, with onsite days required at our Stevenage or Bolton sites. The position offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We are looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, who can deal with multiple queries in a support environment. Military and aviation experience is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing and responding to support queries
  • Processing component data (based on Life cycle status, Export Control and REACH/RoHS compliance)
  • Working within departmental processes completing administration tasks
  • Support for Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical or Material commodities
  • Support continuous improvement activities

Requirements:
A degree in Engineering or relevant experience is required for this role. Knowledge of MS tools and attention to detail are essential skills.
