Are you a motivated and organized individual looking for a challenging role in retail? We are seeking a Retail Shift Leader to join our team
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Retail Shift Leader to manage teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stocktaking service on our client's sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient stocktaking, while also providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Lead and motivate teams of up to 60 stock counters
- Deliver accurate and efficient stocktaking services
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a high level of professionalism
- Full driving license
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and nights
- Ability to travel to different client sites each day
- Ability to stay away from home occasionally
