About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Corpay. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of new products and driving business transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and analyze data and activities to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes that deliver business value.
  • Implement a change management model that can be utilized across the business to drive process improvements and ensure seamless execution.
  • Support the generation of product and transformational change business cases to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop requirements documentation, specifications, and user stories for identified developments to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Work with process analysts to ensure process change is thoroughly mapped, documented, and rolled out to stakeholders in a controlled manner.
  • Develop and execute on UAT and performance test plans to support change management and ensure successful implementation.
  • Outline and administer requisite training to ensure stakeholders are equipped to support new processes and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the build of proof-of-concept models to drive innovation.
  • Build influential relationships with stakeholders and customers to drive business outcomes and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role with a strong background in process improvement and change management.
  • Experience in using LEAN, AGILE, and PRINCE2 methodologies to drive business transformation and process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Experience in common BI skills and tools, such as SQL and Tableau, to drive business insights and inform decision-making.
