The Orthopaedic Unit at the Royal Alexandra Hospital is a dynamic and innovative team that delivers a wide range of surgeries for fractures, injuries, and elective orthopaedic surgery. The unit comprises 52 Trauma Receiving, Elective, Fracture, and Orthopaedic clinics, as well as the first Trauma Assessment Unit in GGC.
Our team has previously been awarded the Golden Hip, recognizing our excellence in caring for hip fracture patients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with innovative and multidisciplinary team members, enhancing your skills through additional training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in the Orthopaedic Unit
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Participate in additional training and development opportunities to enhance your skills
Working Hours: We offer 37 hours per week, full-time, with the option to work part-time hours. Our standard shift pattern is 12 hours over 7 days, including Public Holidays and weekends. We are open to discussing flexible shift patterns to support a work-life balance.
