About the Role


We are seeking an Apprentice Business Administrator Ref to join our team. This role involves various administrative tasks, including answering internal and external calls, logging truck breakdowns, taking responsibility for invoicing jobs, sending and chasing repair quotes, and general admin duties. You will also be responsible for ordering truck parts, receiving goods, undertaking stock takes, meeting and greeting visitors, and handling email queries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities


- Answering phone calls to internal and external colleagues and customers
- Logging truck breakdowns on management system
- Taking responsibility for Invoicing jobs
- Sending / Chasing repair quotes
- General admin duties
- Ordering truck parts
- Goods receiving parts
- Undertaking Stock takes and recording information
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Dealing with email queries in a timely fashion

Requirements


To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent teamwork skills, good time keeping, and strong organizational abilities. Good communication skills, a sense of humor, and a willingness to learn are also essential.

Salary and Benefits


The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will receive 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, as well as opportunities for professional development and a fast-paced work environment.
