Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-end residential projects while fostering strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project programs and cost plans for new projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors.
- Identify, analyse, and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct detailed cost analyses for tenders and projects.
- Act as Contract Administrator/Employer's Agent, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Implement risk and value management strategies.
- Provide guidance on contractual claims and disputes.
- Stay current with building contracts and health & safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience in project monitoring for funders.
- Proven track record in high-end residential or luxury projects.
- Proficiency in using software and new technologies for service delivery.
- Degree in a relevant field.
- A Master's degree is beneficial but not essential.
