Key Account Manager

Field Sales Solutions is a leading field marketing company, partnering with some of the biggest brands in the FMCG world, including Procter & Gamble. We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team.
This exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with our store contacts to develop and nurture excellent working relationships, driving category sales and dominance. You will be responsible for increasing store staff knowledge of the category, new product development, and initiatives to build awareness. Additionally, you will negotiate increased promotional space for key products to maximise in-store visibility.
The role involves working independently, with a high level of autonomy, and requires strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning skills. You will need to think strategically, while fulfilling immediate business objectives, and have a proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,250 p.a. + Up to 15% Bonus + Company Car & Fuel Card.
