About the Role

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist/ Technician to join our client's dynamic team in North Yorkshire. As a successful and fast-growing firm, they are RIBA Chartered and multi-award-winning, known for their great company culture and design excellence across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong technical capabilities and demonstrate expertise in your portfolio.
  • Utilize excellent communication and organization skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals.
  • Proficiency in Revit and a good understanding of BIM are highly advantageous.
  • Experience in preparing specifications for construction working drawings and a range of sectors exposure, ideally with Logistics, Commercial, and Retail projects.
  • 1-4 years post-qualification experience and CIAT accreditation or working towards chartership.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines to a high standard and maintain a full understanding of UK planning policies and building regulations.
