Scotland Solicitor Role in Recoveries

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Solicitor with experience in Recoveries to join our General Insurance team in Scotland.
The role can be based in either our Glasgow or Edinburgh office, with a hybrid working arrangement offering 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days working from home.
As a Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring cases are progressed efficiently with the partner and associates.
- Working with valued clients to understand requirements and manage cases according to service level agreements and best practice.
- Prioritising work effectively and maximising efficiency in working practices.
- Building stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
- Developing technical and commercial knowledge through training or working practices.
About You
Suitable candidates will have:
- Post-qualification experience in recoveries with litigation experience.
- Experience working in a busy commercial environment with a varied caseload.
- Strong technical and commercial expertise, including a thorough grasp of principles and case law.
- The ability to develop new skills and use initiative, supported by an experienced team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
