About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our busy Physiotherapy Department at Blakelands Hospital in Milton Keynes as a member of our bank staff (zero hours contract). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients and visitors, including inpatient, outpatient, and day-case services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a mainly orthopaedic and day-surgery caseload, or outpatient orthopaedics and associated MSK conditions
  • Liaise closely with all other members of the multi-disciplinary team
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organise and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Adhere to CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice and Rules of Professional Conduct

Requirements

  • HCPC registration
  • Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy
  • Experience in inpatient/day-case orthopaedics and/or outpatient MSK treatment
  • Ability to demonstrate good clinical reasoning processes
  • Flexibility
