Construction Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a Construction Compliance Specialist to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a construction degree and 5 years of experience in building control surveying.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on the location.
Job Description:
- Review plans and inspect construction sites as a Building Control Surveyor.
- Evaluate compliance with Building Regulations and issue notices as necessary.
- Address hazardous structures and ensure public safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Construction degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in building control surveying.
- Class 2 registration with the relevant authorities.
