We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Back of House Team Member to join our dynamic team at German Doner Kebab.

About the Role

As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food quality and outstanding guest care. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every guest leaves the restaurant having had a great experience and wants to return.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Effectively communicate with other team members to complete duties and responsibilities.
  • Support the development of other team members through training and coaching.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Food Safety Standards.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow GDK cleaning and storage standards.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work safely and consciously to Food Safety Standards.
