We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Specialist to join our team at Kingdom Services Group Ltd. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in a home-based setting.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide complex and bespoke care packages for clients requiring 24-hour total care provision.
- To work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- To stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in nursing care.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience.
- Experience of enteral feeding, tracheostomy care, and non-invasive ventilation is desirable.
- Ability to work flexibly, including day and night shifts, and be reliable and professional in your approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
