As a Care System Trainer, you will play a vital role in supporting the roll-out of the PCS system across our group. This will involve delivering informative training to our team members to ensure a smooth transition.

The Successful Candidate

  • Experience in writing and updating purposeful care plans
  • Knowledge of the PCS System
  • Care plan knowledge
  • Experience writing and delivering training
  • Previous experience as a trainer in the healthcare sector
  • Strong knowledge of the care act and other legislation applicable to the delivery of care using a digital care platform

This is a field-based role, and the successful candidate will need to have a full driver's license.
