Salary: Circa £45-60K

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced In-House Solicitor to join our dedicated legal team at a leading healthcare company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a varied portfolio of legal matters, including medical malpractice claims, contract drafting, and regulatory issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with our in-house legal team to handle a diverse range of legal matters, including medical malpractice claims, contract drafting, and regulatory issues.
  • Manage an individual caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and effective resolution of legal matters.
  • Provide guidance on all legal matters within the business, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in In-House law and/or a strong understanding of medical malpractice/personal injury litigation.
  • Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of business needs, with a willingness to research and advise on all areas of law.
  • Dual-qualification in Scots and English Law is an advantage.
