IT Network Security Specialist

**Network and Security Engineer**
We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Security Engineer to join our team at China Telecom Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily inspection, monitoring, troubleshooting, and closed-loop management of our SIEM system.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and manage the company's IT system-related platforms, office networks, operating systems, and troubleshooting.
- Implement network security system requirements, resolve vulnerabilities, and install patches.
- Conduct internal control inspections, audits, and ISO27001-related work.
- Monitor and maintain the ZSTACK cloud platform.
**Requirements:**
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, AD, MS Exchange, Hyper V, Cisco Router and Switch, Fortigate Firewall, and IBM SIEM.
- Good understanding of WAN and LAN Networking, with a preference for CCNP/CCIE or HCIP/HCIE.
- Experience in building and maintaining office networks, including wireless APs.
- Good reading and writing skills in Chinese and English.
