Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and laundry, causing minimal disruption to our service users and their care.
  • Communicate and engage effectively with our service users, their families, and colleagues, demonstrating good interpersonal and working relationship skills.
  • Work independently, using a variety of cleaning products, paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products.
  • Maintain high levels of hygiene within the home, working on your own initiative to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 and a comprehensive training program, including our leadership development program, to support your growth and progression within Shaw Healthcare.
