About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team at In Technology Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT systems, ensuring security, reliability, and maintenance of service levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Administration: Manage, maintain, and support our IT systems, ensuring integrity, security, and reliability.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical training to the service team to enhance their support capabilities.
  • System Development: Review our systems and recommend improvements to our IT strategy.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with the IT Services team and stakeholders to specify and implement new systems or changes to existing systems.
  • Communication: Communicate system downtimes to users after consulting with our IT leadership team.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in developing, managing, and supporting systems, services, networks, and infrastructure.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of current IT best practices, standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Virtual Platforms: Experience with virtual platforms, including servers, storage, and backups.
  • Operating Systems: Familiarity with multiple versions of Windows Server and supporting SQL servers.
  • Network Services: Knowledge of network services, including DHCP, DNS, LDAP, and others.
  • Software and Hardware: Experience with Windows and Apple Mac systems, software, and services.
