About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Acosta Europe. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing sales revenue for our clients in the convenience retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize brand performance, awareness, and availability across convenience retailers.
- Identify and capitalize on new product opportunities, utilizing sales data to inform in-store actions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail decision-makers, including retailers and business owners.
- Implement in-store merchandising initiatives to increase brand visibility and availability, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Provide actionable market intelligence feedback to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in FMCG, retail, or sales environments, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Full manual driving license and ability to travel within a defined territory.
