We are a friendly and supportive team at Specsavers, committed to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming store environment. As an Optical Assistant, you will play a key role in achieving this goal by providing excellent customer service, supporting the optical team, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment
- Assist customers with their optical needs, including answering questions and providing product information
- Support the optometrist with patient care and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to health and safety procedures
- Contribute to a positive team dynamic and maintain high standards of professionalism
What We Offer
- Salary: Competitive salary up to £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours) or part-time (2-3 days) with weekend working required
- Bonus: Performance-related bonus scheme
