Medical Trainer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Trainer to join our team at BMS Performance, a privately owned and innovative company dedicated to providing high-quality pressure area care and moving & handling equipment to hospitals across Merseyside, Cheshire, and Staffordshire.
About the Role:
- As a Clinical Trainer, you will play a key role in providing valuable support, training, and education to our customer base, working closely with our sales team to upsell and cross-sell our products.
- You will enjoy a varied role, training and supporting customers within hospitals, including a key account, and working closely with our sales team to drive business growth.
- Full product training will be provided, and you will be supported and mentored by a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about helping patients and the NHS.
- You will have the opportunity to work with a range of pressure area care and moving & handling equipment, including bariatric and other specialist areas, and contribute to the development of our product pipeline.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £37,000 to £38,000 basic, with a bonus of £2,000 to £8,000.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including a pension, 25 days holiday + stats, birthday treat, rewards, and discount package.
- An electric company car or allowance.
Requirements:
- A current nursing registration.
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
- Experience in a training or clinical support role, ideally with a background in nursing or a related field.
