We are now looking for an amazing Mandarin speaking Receptionist to work alongside our team at a well-known client in the banking industry.

The successful receptionist will spend their time rotating between a ground floor reception and internal floor reception, while also helping with facilities and administrative tasks.

Other duties include office management tasks, arranging events for the tenants and helping senior executives where necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Managing the reception area and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and office management
  • Arranging events and meetings for tenants
  • Providing support to senior executives as needed

Requirements

  • Business level communication in both Mandarin and English
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Ability to build rapport with people from all levels of a business
  • Positive can-do attitude and a genuine willingness to help people
