Nurse Practitioner - Paediatrics Job Description:
Precision Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner - Paediatrics to join our community care team in Essex. As a highly respected professional, you will provide expert care and support to children and their families, whilst also contributing to the development of our paediatric care services.

About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a skilled nurse to take on a leadership role in our paediatric care service. You will work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional care and support. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build trust and rapport with patients, their families, and the multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert care and support to children and their families
- Develop and implement tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional care and support
- Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
- RSCN qualification with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK
- Active NMC PIN registration
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 2 days working from home per week / 3 days in the community
- Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
- 33 days holiday
