Job Title: Learning Management System Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Learning Management System Specialist to oversee the development and operation of our eLearning platforms.

CareTutor is a pioneering social care eLearning provider, committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless user experiences by providing excellent customer service through web chat support and general client assistance.
  • Liaise with developers to troubleshoot issues and improve elearning portal functionality, incorporating stakeholder feedback.
  • Manage client accounts on elearning portals, guaranteeing timely access and efficient navigation.
  • Collaborate with web developers and instructional designers to develop eLearning platforms and courses, driving innovation and growth.
  • Test course functionality before going live, identifying potential issues proactively and resolving them effectively.
  • Update course content as needed, utilizing Articulate Rise and Articulate 360, maintaining accuracy and relevance.
  • Create and update LMS content (products, content, copy, images, promotions), enhancing visual appeal and engagement.
  • Plan, implement, and define LMS changes and functional improvements, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with learning management systems or e-learning platforms, with a proven track record of success.
  • Helpdesk management experience, showcasing effective problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with basic web technologies (FTP, browsers, HTML, CSS, data files), ensuring technical aptitude.
  • Data management experience with Excel, demonstrating analytical and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience with Articulate 360, Articulate Rise, WordPress, Moodle, Google Analytics, and ZenDesk is advantageous, highlighting versatility and adaptability.
