Are you looking for a challenging role in the fabrication industry? Modus Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Robot Weld Operator to join their team at their site in Sandbach. As a Robot Weld Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer-controlled machines/robots to perform various tasks on steel products.
You will measure dimensions of finished products to ensure conformance to customer specifications using measuring equipment, templates, and fixtures. You will have the choice between a fixed day shift or a rotating shift pattern. Overtime is always available, paid at an enhanced rate.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a fabrication setting. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £27,736.80 - £34,681.92 per year, depending on skills/experience, plus a £1000 signing bonus, and a 10% bonus on top of hours where more than 48 hours have been completed in a week. Weekly pay is paid every Friday.
