Key Responsibilities:

* Handle import consignments from start to finish
* Book transport movements to final points of delivery
* Liaise with airline sheds and ports on arrival of goods
* Complete customs clearances on all methods
* Liaise with internal offices for UK-wide deliveries
* Build excellent external and internal relationships to ensure customer requirements are met
* Handle quotations for overseas agents arrival charges and spot quotations for imports
* Raise invoices and transportation documents

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of Air, Sea, and Road Import experience
* Strong knowledge of import procedures and documentation
* Solid understanding of customs clearance processes and codes
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
* Ability to work as part of a team, under pressure, and tight deadlines
