**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to customers in-store and over the phone. You'll work closely with colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient shopping experience, ensuring that every customer leaves feeling satisfied and valued. Your primary goal will be to become a trusted advisor for our customers, offering personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.

**Responsibilities**
• Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Develop a deep understanding of our brand strategy and current product range to offer informed recommendations.
• Develop competency in handling stock availability, ordering, and returns processes and systems.
• Troubleshoot technical and customer issues with confidence and patience.
• Stay up-to-date on new products, styles, fits, and fabric qualities to provide expert advice.
• Assess customer needs and make tailored product recommendations when applicable.
• Deliver authoritative and tactful customer product and styling advice.
• Manage delicate customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Adhere to company store procedures and sales targets while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Participate in opening and closing duties, supporting colleagues as needed.
• Demonstrate confidence with website/till logistics functions and maintain excellent telephone etiquette.

**Requirements**
• Recent graduates or individuals with a customer-focused approach and previous experience in premium retail environments are encouraged to apply.
• A confident communicator with patience, empathy, and a calm demeanour is essential for success in this role.
• A genuine love for sustainable fashion and a willingness to learn and develop new skills are key qualifications.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up abilities are necessary to thrive in this position.
• A great communicator and team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude is crucial for our dynamic team.
